Conditions governing the provision of public relations and crisis management consulting services.

Purpose of the Service

Bryan Seymour offers advisory services in corporate public relations, image crisis management, and strategic communication for companies. All services are provided under a strict confidentiality agreement, and no specific results are guaranteed within set timeframes.

The client acknowledges that consulting is based on context analysis, professional experience, and personalized strategies, without constituting a promise of reputation recovery or market share increase.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and timely information about their corporate situation, including financial, legal, and communication data relevant to the case.

  • Designate a valid point of contact for coordinating actions.
  • Not disclose confidential information about the process without express authorization.
  • Refrain from making public statements that contradict the agreed strategy.

Failure to comply with these obligations releases Bryan Seymour from any liability for adverse results.

Limitation of Liability

Bryan Seymour shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business opportunities, pre-existing reputation damage, or consequences arising from the partial implementation of recommendations.

The maximum liability in any claim is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the client in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Specific exclusions

  • Cases where the client has concealed relevant information.
  • Force majeure events or unforeseen regulatory changes.
  • Actions by third parties not controlled by Bryan Seymour.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All information shared during the contractual relationship is considered confidential. Bryan Seymour undertakes not to disclose client data without authorization, except as required by law.

Reports, strategies, and materials developed are the intellectual property of Bryan Seymour, and their use is restricted to the contracting client during the term of the agreement.

Upon termination of the relationship, the client must return or destroy confidential materials, unless otherwise agreed.

Term and Termination

The service agreement has a fixed duration as agreed in the commercial proposal. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 calendar days' notice.

In the event of a material breach, the affected party may terminate the agreement immediately, without prejudice to claiming damages.

Upon termination of the contract, service obligations cease, but the confidentiality and limitation of liability clauses remain in effect.

Modifications and Contact

Bryan Seymour reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to the client at least 15 days in advance.
